COACHING FAQ's
Keepers Classroom is suitable for all, although we do recommend you’re 16+ for some of the Physical modules. It’s a professional level coaching resource at a very low monthly subscription cost so anyone can gain the benefits of Premier League level training. Whether you’re just starting your goalkeeper training, trying to nail down that first team slot, or looking to ensure you keep your position into the future, Keepers Classroom and a Degree of Goalkeeping are the tools you need.
You’re learning from one of the best in the world. This is how the professionals train. In fact some of it is probably better than some professionals train. If you follow the programme correctly I have no doubt that your goalkeeping will improve.
As much as you can. But we provide details and examples on how to train if you’re a first team regular, or a squad player AND we cover how you can split your technical and physical training sessions effectively to get the most from your training.
